Effective date: January 1, 2025
Responsible use promise
Zaventra teaches process and research. It does not guarantee profits, provide personalized financial advice, or direct you to buy or sell any asset.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms and to applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Educational scope
Courses, examples, discussions, and research exercises are general education. Digital-asset markets can be volatile and uncertain. You are responsible for independent decisions and appropriate professional advice.
3. Catalog and demo cart
Catalog descriptions and prices may be revised. The cart and checkout confirmation are front-end demonstrations in this release and do not process payment, create an enrollment, or form a purchase contract.
4. Accounts and communications
Any login or registration controls currently represent interface demonstrations. Do not submit sensitive credentials through the contact form. You agree to provide accurate information when requesting support.
5. Intellectual property
Zaventra text, lesson structures, branding, and interface materials belong to Zaventra or its licensors. You may use materials for personal learning but may not copy, resell, or publicly redistribute them without permission.
6. Community conduct
Participants must communicate respectfully, avoid deceptive claims, protect private information, and avoid presenting personal opinions as guaranteed outcomes or official advice.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or improve features, content, or availability. We will aim to communicate material changes clearly, but uninterrupted access is not promised.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zaventra is not responsible for losses arising from market activity, reliance on educational material, service interruption, or unauthorized use of your device or account.
9. Contact and governing rules
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Applicable governing rules will be determined by the business's operating jurisdiction and mandatory local law.
